What do I do if I have not received my order?

For deliveries inside the UK please remember to add postage time (3-5 working days) to obtain a complete estimate of when you can expect your item to be delivered. Please allow 10 days before contacting us.

For deliveries outside the UK remember to add postage time (15 working days) to obtain a complete estimate of when you can expect your item to be delivered. Please allow 21 days before contacting us.

If after this time your order has still not been received please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to help you.

 

What service is used for your deliveries?

We use Royal Mail to send our items within the UK and Airmail for deliveries outside of the UK.

Depending on the value of the goods delivered we may also send them recorded or special delivery or by courier.

 

What happens on Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we do not include these in our estimated delivery times.

 

What happens when my item is returned?

Every item returned to our returns centre is tested.

Any items found not to be faulty by our independent test centre will be returned to you and you will be liable for the postage. Costs of posting the return back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated with you after the testing process.

Please can you ensure that you check any DVD, CD or video game on a second machine and that you check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
